South Webster, OH – Atomic Credit Union is excited to announce the installation of a brand-new ATM outside Bloom-Vernon Local Schools, marking an important step in expanding financial accessibility to the South Webster community. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on October 21st, 2024, to commemorate this addition, which will provide convenient withdrawal services for students, staff, and local residents.
The initiative for the ATM originated with Hunter Slack, a former Student Advisory Board member. Recognizing a need for financial services in the area, Hunter proposed the idea, and Atomic Credit Union responded by installing the ATM to serve Bloom-Vernon Local Schools and the South Webster community.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Bloom-Vernon Local School Board members, including Superintendent Marc Kreischer, a group of eager students, and representatives from Atomic Credit Union. The event symbolized Atomic’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and enhancing financial access in the communities it serves.
